Help Required For Mi 4s In Breakdown

The Mi 4s is using since some days the last EU Rom 8.4.26.
Today using the phone as GPS with Waze the battery become empty I try to restart the phone power key 6 or 7 second Logo Mi appear for some time and screen shut down.
I pug the charger for more than on hour but screen is every time black phone refuse to start also trying Vol + and power or Vol - and power no change.
Its existing a way for restart the phone by using PC ?

Maybe deep discharge. Keep the phone plugged in to charger for at least 24 hours.
Then it should work again.

Ok I hope but it's a little bit incredible but apparently I'm not the only one with this kind of problem... another guy with MI5 have also experienced 3 days before his phone accept to restart. how is that possible ?

Today 48 hours since the MI4s breakdown phone plugged stay cold and like dead
and refuse alway to restart....

"for me, after overnight charging my xiaomi mi4w, in the morning, my phone suddenly cannot turned on. after many times of googling, i found out some temporary fix is just, charge your phone with higher or lower output power. for me, i just charged with my laptop, and miraculously my phone was "jump start" from that. and clearly, my battery is 100% fully charged..."
