Can somebody tell me if it's worth to get the new miui or stay in something more traditional?And if so, can somebody tell me which is the best rom based on AOSP?

MIUI6 is cool, but for now, there are less features than in previous v5. I recommend you the Mokee which is really smooth and customizable ;-)

I had MIUI v5 and just installed Mokee OS. I should have done this earlier. Very good rom, stable, smooth, quick, very good battery life and fully customizable.

The best in terms of what? i mean, loved MIUI interface, its beatiful , but battery life is my higher concern, so i adopted Mokee, wich is not perfect (i came from a motorola razr maxx) but its the best for MI2s

Rightly said bro.... There is nothing called the Best ROM. Luckily you have so many options to try it out & choose the best for yourself. it is highly subjective....
Among the Top ones are CM, Gummy, AOSP , PAC, Omni - Not to be treated as per the order... all are in the same league with unique features of their own...
