Heating issues found

Guys, should I worry? When I go to Security app and do a security scan, under battery optimization it mentions there are heating issues. I tried multiple times after restarting, turning on battery saver etc. No unnecessary apps or services are running.
Pls help.

Check the temps in apps like Aida64 when you get this notification in security app. Everything around 35-40° should be normal.

Thanks. But got to know this is there in CN rom as well in the same version. Check yours too. It's pretty misleading btw.
