[GUIDE][venus|star|mars] How to install Xiaomi.eu ROM for Xiaomi MI11 / Pro / Ultra

After installing the rom, you just need to wait 24-48 hours, the device will be certified by google. No factory reset required
That happened like you said but my banking app was still crashing. I cleared data of it, data of google play service but nothing helped.

Thank you so much for this guide. Really valuable for a newbie. One minor correction: you dont transfer the unzipped ROM, but the zipped. Other than that perfect guide :)
Omg I wanted to write zipped and thought while writing at the word untouched and mixed it xDD

what are you doing ? you dont need fastboot rom version if you have twrp

1. download the rom version 12.5.7 to your pc
2. start your phone not in recovery and not in fastboot, start it as always
3. copy 12.5.7 rom zip file from pc to your phone with usb
4. power off your phone and start it in fastboot (power and vol-)
5. open cmd and switch to the folder with fastboot.exe
6. the twrp.img should be in this folder as well
7. fastboot boot twrp.img
8. twrp should be displayed on your phone
9. change the language in twrp (the lower right button)
10. click on install in twrp
11. navigate to the folder where you have copied the 12.5.7 rom version
12. install it

In most cases you can copy the file from pc to the phone while you have started twrp

PS: on monday I can unlock the bootloader on my mi11 ultra and I will see if it will be a challenge :)

Hi, thank you for this short guide, i just have a short question.
Point 5: do you mean the platform-tools folder which is commonly in AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\platform-tools ?

Try to avoid spaces in the name of the folder.

Sure a file named twrp.img is located in the folder?

It says Boot.img that's why I'm wondering.

Sent from my Mi 11 Ultra.

Im sure the file has been downloaded and renamed twrp.img , i have tried this on my other folders too like for instance at C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot

After typing - fastboot devices ( to make sure it detects the phone ) and then - fastboot boot twrp.img , it keeps showing me this :

Sending 'boot.img' (196608 KB) OKAY [ 4.620s]
Booting FAILED (remote: 'Unrecognized command boot')
fastboot: error: Command failed

P/s : i have also re-downloaded the twrp file a couple of times to make sure it's not corrupted, etc.

Try: fastboot boot twrp.img.img

Error due to renaming file twrp.img

Try a different cable, use an USB2 port.

@JJay333999 It sounds dumb but... have you unlocked the bootloader of your device?

And what's the version of your "fastboot.exe"? fastboot --version

Yes it's unlocked, currently running eu version 12.5.4 stable

fastboot version 0.0.1-4500957
Installed as C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot\fastboot.exe
