Gps Problem

GPS Is not accurate and the compass losses direction. I tried downloading third party apps but nothing helped. Tried calibrating the sensors in the developer mode, and at the end even resetting to factory settings, because I suspected app interference. Nothing helped.

Google maps is very important to me, also Wikiloc. Both of those use the compass and GPS.

Location is accurate but direction (in google map) is wrong. Not really a big problem but it needs a fix.

Me too. Compass needs a calibration

I just realize that this specifically affects google map navigation. I have 3 transportation apps (GO-Jek, Grab and Uber) and in all 3 direction is correct.

You must calibrate compass app...

If you are by chance using a flipcase with a magnet in the cover, that might mess with the compass.

That never worked for me, compass would always still point in the wrong direction with Global ROM.

After flashing xiaomi.eu ROM... compass problem solved, though I don't find the GPS very accurate.
