New Google Account Doesn't Work

Redmi Note3 MTK Updated today to MIUI 7 6.4.14 but:

- google account doesn't work, e.g. play store not accessible...

Any ideas?

Seems solved installing GoogleInstaller.apk

Hi,

Please try removing and adding back Gmail account from settings. Go to Settings >> Accounts >> Google >> Select your gmail
Now press menu and tap "remove account". Again go to Accounts >> Google >> Add new >> Existing >> add back the account.

Now open Google Play and run the installation.

Thanks! What seemed to correct things was reinstallation of Google play services.

Adding the account after removal originated the same error.

So you uninstalled Google Play Services and reinstalled, and it worked. That's great
