Global 8.2.1.0 Vs Xiaomieu 8.2.3.0/8.2.4.0

Hello,

I just bought myself an Xiaomi Mi5s 3GB RAM / 64GB, and it has Official Global ROM MIUI 8.2.1.0 | STABLE.

So, I wanna ask you guys:

1. Is it worth upgrading my Mi5s from Official Global ROM 8.2.1.0 (Stable) to 8.2.4.0 XiaomiEU ROM?
2. Is it true that 3D Touch will be enabled for my model device?

1. Given the very bad support that Xiaomi is providing to Global ROMs (they also reverted back to 8.0.3.0) I think that the only good reason not to switch to xiaomi.eu is the need of an unlocked devices (e.g. Android Pay or other apps working only with locked devices).
2. It depends on the panel.
On 3/64 models, the only one known to work is JDI.

Anyway this is not going to change your life.
I would rather prefer mine had a white Sharp panel without 3D Touch than a yellowish JDI panel with 3D Touch.
IMO switching only for that reason is nearly nonsense and if the panel is not JDI it's simply stupid.
