German Corona Warning APP

On my Chinese MI 11 Ultra (MIUI 12.5, Playstore installed, Google apps working fine) I can not use the german Corona APP because after installing and starting the app it says that the necessary Google API is missing. https://developers.google.com/android/exposure-notifications/exposure-notifications-api
Is there anythingn I co do ?

Certainly an Option, but I am not shure whether the banking apps work on that. I read about problemes with some (Sparkasse).
