Flashing Stable Rom Over Weekly Rom

Just a quick question, do I have to clean install the stable ROM or can I just flash the stable ROM over the weekly ROM that I currently using?

From weekly to stable always wipe data.

I would suggest that you select Format Data in twrp for a super duper clean and fresh start with Stable rom.

Yes, factory reset in TWRP is enough. If you want super clean start, format data (wipes internal storage too).
