Flash from stable to weekly

Hi guys,

I have Xiaomi 13 pro with latest stable rom, now i want tò put on It the latest weekly rom.

Can i Just flash and i have all the phone set as It Is now with apps layout settings informatioons etc..

Or am i supposed tò flash from zero and reset and restart from First configurationn and reinstall everything?

I think you can flash without format. From weekly to stable u need to format data
