Found solution:
1. Open Security app
2. Tap "Privacy & security"
3. Scroll to and tap "Other permissions"
4. Scroll all the way down and tap "Special permissions"
5. Tap "Install unknown apps"
6. Find app that is installing apk and tap on it
7. Switch "Allow from this source"
8. Wait 10 seconds, check "I'm aware <...>" box and tap "OK"
