Fake Redmi Note - Need Help

Hi there. I'm about to by a Redmi Note, found a seller and photos of device. And there are the thing that i found suspicious: there's stock 4.2.2 (not MIUI) on the phone, though the seller says it's all new. Then i googled about redmi note fakes and found out that there's a lot of. So here's the photos, what do you guys think? Is it a fake one? Will be able to take a straight look and run Antutu & Cpu Z tonight, but wanted to know if i even should.

I don't really think the guy would just send the imei to a random person.
Alright, forget it, i will meet with him tonight and run antutu and xiaomi genuine tests. It will definitely show what is what.

Well, turned out to be a fake, if anyone interested. 17000 points in AnTuTu and 960x540 screen.
