Failed To Unlock Bootloader

In Mi Unlock pc tool, it tells me to check in Developer Options > Mi Unlock Status. There, I click on Add account and device but then I get an error message in Chinese. A friend says it means Wrong parameter, please check API documentation. What else can I do to unlock the bootloader?

1. set the proxy first ( you can write Proxy in WiFi settings)
Select Shangai server 61.155.164.106 3128
2. link the account to the phone
