New Enginnering mode not working

Hello i Have a Neken N6 device 2GB 32 GB RM version i have installed the MIUI version in this post

The problem is that mobileuncle tools does not work when i try to enter in enginnering mode, don't work either the code *#*#3646633#*#*
Is that a bug or i miss something?

yes i have root, and opening mobile uncle tool Root is written in the upper left. And in the SuperSu app mobileuncle has the root permission

No one can help me about that? Also don't work the option for shutdown. Selecting shutdown the phone reboots

No enginnering mode on lenovo s820 too... Missing system\app\EngineerMode.apk file...

Problem don`t solved Location fix via Wi-Fi also not work. Lenovo s820.
Please fix it guys.
