Both sim slots support LTE but only one at a time.
So if you use LTE on sim 1, sim 2 work on 2g/3g.

Do I need to setup IT somwhere? Or just switch slot for internet?

If you have 2 sim cards, it will use sim 1 as default for mobile data.
You can set it up in Settings what card uses 4g and so on.

I've set preferred LTE for Sim2 but it never was 4G/LTE - is it possibile to be blocked somewhere else?

And sim 1 set for non LTE?
If it doesn't work that way, then swap sim cards.

When I set Sim2 as internet, I cannot set sim1 to 3g or 4g. Only Sim2 has that option to set

And what ROM are you using? Go to Settings -> About phone and take a screenshot of the MIUI version.

If your sim2 doesn't work in 4G, have you tried to swap the sim cards? Put sim2 to sim1 and vice versa.
