If That model doesn t has rollbackprotection you can.
Just do : format data, wipe Dalvik, cache, system, data
And flash the rom

i think even there is rollbackprotection, u can still do a downgrade,

i have been flashing roms for around 8 yrs now and my old phones are still ok
