Downgrade From V8 To V7

Hi, i want to downgrade from V8 to V7 because my battery life is bad on V8.
I need to wipe data ? Because i don't want to reinstall all my apps etc...
And what version of V7 do you advise me ?

if you downgrade prepare for locked bootloader. i think it is a flaw. because i got bootloop when downgrading from MIUI 8 to MIUI 7

All you need to do is going to TWRP wipe cache,dalvik,system,data(backup everything) and flash V7

If you are using Xiaomi EU ROMs they will never lock the bootloader...backup current system in TWRP....a factory reset (wipe) should do the job ...I would use the last weekly MIUI 7...or stable...

well what happened to me were i'm using xiaomi.eu rom. the first miui 8 launch I upgrade my redmi 3 pro. using only for hours because of lags here and there and batt drain, I decided to go back to miui 7 and what happen next is I got bootloop.
when I ask miui forum they said if I downgrade there a problem that bootloader somehow can be relocked. but I hope that just me.
