Does Xiaomi.eu include Google Store and GetApps?

I want to buy Mi Pad 4 Plus. I found it on Aliexpress. In the comments the users say it comes with ROM Xiaomi.eu. This is great for me because it includes European languages.

But I need to be sure it includes both Google App Store and the Chinese Store (GetApps App) because I need apps from both stores. Could you please confirm it?

I having this mi pad 4 unlocked, Multi-Language.....I'm using Google apps
I've tried to install getapps https://c.mi.com/thread-2272853-1-0.html
The app doesn't work after installing.....
So probably not
Remember : you can't make regular phonecalls with the Mi Pad 4
