New CAM Hal tes (mi2s 16gib) : u won't find much differences but this is open source, crazier and it's better than the stock one

You should disable tdb before doing that

The last version have any bugs? Is better than ivans rom?

It's some bugs (sometimes on outgoing call mic does not work) and the rom is really buggy and it has only a few cm features, but other things may be better than Ivan's

Randomly, most of times it works, on incoming calls it's always working

What could be?

Sideload using lastest adb from sdk 21
And disable tdb

which recovery do u use? maybe cm12 rec doesn't support gapps yet.
