Disabling AVB 2.0(TWRP)

When I entered the TWRP advanced section, I saw the option to disable AVB 2.0. This is a feature I need, do you think I should use it? Will it harm my phone? Do I need to flash the ROM again?

If you're using our ROM, don't touch anything related to AVB, otherwise you might be stuck in a boot failure.

AVB is already disabled on our ROMs. Don't know where you got the idea that you "need to disable avb".

Yesterday I installed the EU ROM and tried to change the boot animation. Since the file system was read-only, I couldn't load the animation file, and when I tried to rw the file system, I couldn't. When I searched on the internet, I found that the problem was AVB. If the reason is not Avb, can you help me change the file system to RW?

You are terribly misguided and if you keep this up you'll end up in a bootloop at best, or bricking your device at worst.
If all you're trying to do is change the boot animation, use MIUI/HyperOS's native features: make an MTZ and import it with the Themes app.

Just use the latest official System-RW / Super-RW featuring Make-RW / ro2rw by lebigmac version 1.42 on your rooted Xiaomi phone and you should be able to easily unlock the Full-RW capabilities of your phone using my unique script!
My site is currently under maintenance but you can download the latest version directly from Megaupload here

Just extract the lebigmac.sysrw.rommaker.apk like any other zip file.
Now extract the lebigmac.sysrw.rommaker/res/raw/sysrw file. The sysrw_1.42 folder should be in there.
Just push this folder to your phone and make the script executable like this:

adb push sysrw_1.42 /data/local/tmp/
adb shell "chmod +x /data/local/tmp/sysrw_1.42/sysrw"

Now you are ready to run my System-RW script:

adb shell
su
cd /data/local/tmp/sysrw_1.42/
./sysrw
