Differences Between Xiaomi.eu And Official Roms

just wondering what the differences were between ROMs on this site and those on en.miui
(the global ones)
are the ROMs here based on global or Chinese?

i think i understand the difference between Xiaomi.eu and miui chinese (on which the Xiaomi.eu are based)
but what are differences between xiaomi.eu and miui global?
do or will xiaomi.eu base on miui global?
i presume you guys will not lock bootloaders.
if we use xiaomi.eu ROM (ie weekly dev version) can we do OTA update and with which wipes/
finally what are differences between sMIUI and xiaomi.eu? (i think sMIUI is based on your ROM is it not?)
what wipes would i need going from sMIUI stable to xiaomi.eu dev rom?
