Differences between Global Base and China Base in EU Rom

Hello, I saw this topic in several places but I couldn't find a clear explanation. I will install EU Rom for Poco X3 Pro. And from what I see, Global Base EU ROM is offered for X3 Pro. I know what Global Base and China Base are, but I don't know about the differences between these two versions in EU Rom. What are the differences between these two versions? The features I want in general:

1- Xiaomi's own calling and messaging app

2- MIUI Launcher (I hate Poco Launcher.)

3- All the other advantages that Xiaomi EU offers. Will Global Base EU Rom give me what I want?

Not much difference between which base we use besides the Downloads app and navigation bar icons.
