Invalid Dialer contact search appears full white

EDIT: Workaround > Disable "Dark Mode" option.

Messaging? It's dialler and contacts but hey attached the screenshot for both..

Oh yes, sorry, I wanted to say "Phone" app instead of "Messaging" (but it's "Contacts and dialer" in fact). ^^

Anyway, if you have Magisk you can install this Magisk module in Magisk Manager app to fix this bug (until a new Stable ROM is released by Xiaomi for your device) => MIUI-xiaomi.eu_Fix_MIUI_Contacts_and_Phone_apps-Magisk.zip

Ok. ^^

I don't remember why I added "Phone" app with "Contacts and dialer" in my "Fix".

I will extract new app versions from a more recent xiaomi.eu Stable ROM (from another device).

You should be able to install system app updates with Google Installer app.

For the dialer I am ok as I use t9 so no urge... Also there is a whole new update but wont download... Also some people said they broke their phone )

I'll wait for another stable version...

I am still annoyed by the safety net CTS and the fact that I can't mount system partition... Still trying to get rid of some xiaomi.eu icons

Google Installer is an apk installer. ^^

New "Contacts and dialer" app version by xiaomi.eu is available here => xiaomi.eu_-_Contacts_(12.2.0.6.306).apk

Select "Google Installer" to install this apk.

And here is the "Phone" app => xiaomi.eu_-_Phone_(10.29).apk

Hope you can install it/them with this method.

Install with "Google Installer", use a File Manager and select the apk -> Open with...

EDIT: You can also try the "ADB" method below:

Enable ADB options and enable ADB install
Connect your device over USB cable, open the minimal ADB and Fastboot and type:
"adb devices" (to test your device connection and recognition
"adb install your-app.apk" and the magic will starts
