Default downloader gone?

Can anyone please help me how to reinstall the default download for the Xiaomi. eu ROM! I tried out the android installer and after deleting it, I thought I'd get back the default one. But now I have this one which also has Chinese in it... Please help!! How can I install the default downloader ?? Is there even a way?
