Custom Kernel For 8.1.6

Hello,

After having tested 8.2.1 and Lineage Os, I went back to 8.1.6.

I am happy to have recovered a stable and fast phone.

I was wondering, if I can further improve battery life and performance by using a custom kernel.

Do you have any recommendation ?

Fully wipe with TWRP, system, cache, data

Then flash 8.1.6

Me too switch on 8.1.6 stable, I try 8.2.1 but have problems with WiFi...see link Mi5: Waiting For Wi-fi When Download/update Apps In Google Play
