Cpu Limiter

Hello guys I bought my sister this phone after the success story of my Mi2s.
This phone has too much CPU power, and it costs in terms of battery.
I tried some limiters such as No-Frills CPU and Rom Toolbox Pro but neither could stop the max freq. in CPU.

Is another way to properly limit up the CPU? Has anyone try sth with success. I am ready to hear!

Purtroppo ho anche io lo stesso problema, la batteria viene assorbita tantissimo dal display, io ho provato a monitorare tutte le applicazioni e i vari processi, l'unica percentuale molto alta e' esclusivamente il display! attendiamo aggiornamenti

Unfortunately, I also have the same problem , the battery is absorbed much from the display , I tried to monitor all the applications and the various processes , the only very high percentage and ' only the display ! We expect updates
