Couldn't find bat file after unpacking the ROM

Hey guys,
I intend to change my xiaomi12 into EU ROM, but when I downloaded the XM12 ROM file and unpacked it, I couldn't find any file related to ./windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat.
I was using xiaomi.eu_multi_XM12X_V13.0.10.0.SLDCNXM_v13-12 of stable miui13 edition.
It would be really helpful if anyone can give me any instructions of finding these bat script.

It's a recovery ROM which needs to be installed with TWRP.

Also the filename said it's for 12X not 12, install the correct one using TWRP, plenty of instructions here.
