Clean Install...

As the name says, i d like to know, EXACTLY, what options do i have to use in TWRP, to clean the phone, or maybe partition, and install a fresh new Xiaomi.eu rom.

I pretend reintall Xiaomi.eu from scratch and not make a dirty install. Don`t care about backups, because i have all apk`s i need, and before, all photos will be passed to my PC.

Im a little afraid to do this, because my previous phone has external SD where i could read the rom, and erase almost completely the phone for a fresh start...

In resume:
What options should i use on advanced format on TWRP, to make a clean install?
Can i put the rom on SD External with OTG?

4wipe and 4 format if you are using cwm recovery; but on twrp recovery only need 4 wipe: davik/cache; data; system.

What did you mean? What is "wipe persist"
I installed Eu Rom for Mi Note 3 but i feel my phone camera blurs.
But i didn't have this issue when i stayed in China stable ROM?

Already have backup of persist.img, just in case something goes wrong..
Still dont understand why this problem: When installing a rom, automatically doesnt install all files needed?

Or is it a strange file in a secret partition?

I got that problem too. First I see when I wipe internal storage then copy ROM to storage then install it. After booting up, I check the storage and can't find out the ROM file. But when I check storage size, I see ROM file still there. I think it is stored in secret partition.
And how I can back up persist file. And can you give me your persist.img file. I think my mi note 3 doesn't work good now after I flashing EU ROM. I'm using mi note 3 6/64 black.

Mine i did get it from some XDA tread....donwload it and i have it.

So....what are the options to erase partition, but not affect that "secret" partition files?

Can you give me the link, i can't find it on google?
In twrp, i tried 4 wipe and wipe internal storage. Then i reboot to recovery again. Copy ROM to storage. Then install it. After that, don't wipe davik/cache. Just reboot. And ROM file still here, just delete it by explorer. I used ROM Mi note 3 ver 9.5.8.0, newest.

hi bro...
go to wipe format data (type yes) then go to advanced wipe and tik all boxes (cache,data,system,iternal) reboot to recovery connect yor mi note 3 to your PC,tranfer the rom that you want ti install flash and go!

Just remember that there is no official "TWRP", but a number of inofficial ones, which may have varying capabilities and / or problems.

ofc no problems,yes its safe and yes PC recognize your phone after reboot to recovery!
