Cant select options on the Updater app?!

its been killing me all day, i just got a new MI4w and i tried to go to the updater app and select the options (far left/left key) and nothing happens, even if i select the "check for update" nothing happens please help me, and please let me know if i need to add any details

In the upper right corner there are three dots. That is the menu button ;-)

Hi, thanks for the reply, here is the screen shot of the app, i also wanted to point out that the recovery mode has a android with a red hazard sort of thing on it and when i click on check for updates, or the options, nothing happens.

You have not original ROM.. its "made" by a shops and buggy..
download our rom, rename to update.zip, and install via MiRecovery - install update.zip

Hi,
i tried the above and got an error "invalid OTA package, missing scatter", i also wanted to point out that in Recovery mode, there is an Android asleep with a red hazard sign on him,
