can't install xiaomi.eu 12.5.10

Hello everyone it's my first topic here.

I bought a xiaomi mi 11 pro with xiaomi.eu rom installed , but when I download the update with the ota(like you see in the picture below,.zip) , I cannot find it when I open the twrp to install it , I dont see the fold.
Please help, thanks

Did you unlock the screen? If you don't it doesn't allow you to browse the files

I don't think the OTA actually downloaded completely, otherwise you would be able to se it in the root of your storage directory. Try downloading the rom to your PC and then copy it to your devices storage and flash from there.

If you download the update zip via OTA, the ROM is in /data/media/0/dowloadet_rom
Otherwise I would download the ROM directly to the mobile phone with Chrome. Then the zip is in /data/media/0/Downloads.

U did not FORMAT DATA (not wipe) before. The files are encrypted.

Format Data
rebot recovery
copy the rom to the device
flash it

Hello,

You should try to remove your PIN/password/pattern used for your screen lock (in phone's settings) then boot TWRP and check if you see your files/folders in /data/media/0 directory now.

I must download the room by chrome, when I do it with ota it can't detect it.
now everything is perfect, solved.
