Can't disable System/Miui optimizations

Hello.
I'm trying to install an XAPK, using XAPK installer, and it's requesting me to disable Miui optimizations, I did some digging and figured out how to find the toggle, however, no matter what I do, it always stays on.
I click the "Reset to default values" until the "Enable System optimizations" show up, them disable it and go back to the app, it them keep asking me to disable it and, when I go back to config, the toggle is gone again and, doing the processo to show it again, enable.

I got a Xiaomi 13 ultra using Xiaomi EU HyperOS 1.0.24.7.28.DEV

How can I make it work or how other way I can tackle it.

So there's no way to get that xapk installed? Even with commands/adb?

There's nothing stopping XAPK installer from installing XAPKs...
Try SAI instead if XAPK installer is being annoying.
