can't access recovery anymore :(

hey guys, I wanted to ask you for help. I tried out the kitkat rom so I had to flash the Ivan's recovery and update superSU, then, since it wasn't working for me, I changed to cm 10.2 with android 4.3. (ariesGooglePlayBuild1.4.3) unfortunately I found a few things I cant get used to so I wanted to go back to normal miui, so flashed the cwm 6.x.x.x and now I cant go to recovery anymore and no root access neither (((((( any suggestions????

I'm trying this way you suggested but after the line it goes on "waiting for devices" and it gets stuck, though with adb devices it sees the phone mmmmm

How did you fixed it?

so I tried fastbooting like Jordan said, but was not working, so I miflashed it and got back to miui rom, then tried again fastbooting with recovery.img but still nothing in anyway, then using updater flashed the cwm several times and in the end it got back to cwm 6.0.3.2
