Can't access any data

suddenly a strange behaviour appeared on my phone;
recent calls, messages, notes and gallery looks empty. but i can see photos in file explorer. also can't take screenshot, says "couldn't capture screenshot. storage may be in use."
its installed wiui kk 4.8.1. reinstalled rom and cleaned cache and dalvik but no luck.
what should i do? thanks in advance..

edit: managed to take a screenshot via miPhoneManager,
what is the first icon on the bar?

Your phone is in Privacy/Guest mode, it hides personal data on the interface. Just disable it from the right quick settings panel tile.

well.. while trying to make a backup i realized that "guest mode" activated, i don't know how. just deactivated and everything is ok now..

How can I toggle the guest mode? Where do I find the option? (At the moment I have WIUI based on Android 4.1 so I cannot try directly on my phone)
