In Settings/Wlan, in the settings for the wifi you are connected to, turn off the toggle "Mobile hotspots".

This works in my Note 2 and Mix1.
Someone wrote they do not have that setting in their device.

I use the internet shared from another phone device, it makes me unable to download the app on the play store, it only works normally with a fixed wifi station and the mobile hotspot is not. That is my problem

Yes, I had the same problem, turning off the "Mobile hotspots" toggle fixed it for me.

I think this is "a feature, not a bug" - Xiaomi is helping you save your data on your hotspot.

You have to find where to turn this off, so MIUI does not recognize the other phone as a hotspot.
