Can not make out going calls

Hello All,
Here , I would like to ask for your best advice to fix my phone. After upgraded to android 11 MIUI 12 V12.0.1.0RJWMIXM on Curtana Redmi Note 9s , I can"t make regular or out going call from my phone.
