Can I flash EU Rom 10.2.10 over the Chinese Counterpart

Hi everyone, I've been lurking here for awhile but now with few hours left for my unlock, something has occured to me.

I did my research and I'm now on 10.2.10 chinese version. From what I understand, I have a rollback index of 4.

Logic says that I can flash the EU 10.2.10 Rom, since it's based on the Chinese one, but better safe than sorry.

So has anyone did this, and I can rest easy that ARB protection won't kick my in the back?

Unlock bootloader
Install Twrp
Copy rom eu to storage
Enter twrp,wipe davik,cache,system,data
Install rom eu
And Enjoy!

Wich is the correct version of TWRP for this device? on TWRP site i can only find the version for Note 5 or Note 6 it's the same?

You can check the first TWRP link on the 10.2 stable ROM thread, it's the twrp_lavender.zip file.
