Invalid Bug With touchscreen on letter U and J

Hello all !

So sorry I'm French so my English is not perfect

I have a Xiaomi mi 10 ultra with the Xiaomi.eu 12.0.10 firmware that I bought from Tradingshenzen and they are the ones who installed the firmware.

It works perfectly except that since yesterday I have a bug on the touchscreen. Indeed at the level of the keyboard (azerty) the letters U and J the touch screen hardly works any more I have to press hard in order to be able to write this letter.

I restarted the phone several times and the bug still exists, I also changed the keyboard and the same still the same bug. I specify that my screen is not broken or cracked.

So do you have a trick to correct this problem and is it hardware or software?

And can I update my phone and if so how? thank you for all !

You can update your device to the latest Stable version by Xiaomi.eu. Here's the download link:

xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10Ultra_V12.5.5.0.RJJCNXM_v12-11.zip	2021-08-18	4.2 GB

Try to use the Updater app to install it:

Open the Updater app (Settings => My Device => Tap "MIUI Version" tile) then go in "3-dots" menu (top-right) and select "Choose update package" option.

If you have any issue, "reviens me voir" !

Use test screen, and check that specific area for response. If working properly then use other keyword software.

Hi sorry for late... the problem still on my phone...
and its not the " keyboard " its the area ( when i close the keyboard the area have problem... and now i have another area that have the same problem on the left

i have send message to the customers service of trading shenzen for the warrantly
