bootloop after "encrypting don't reboot your phone"

i try instal miui 10 fastboot rom with XiaomiFlash and after instalation is complete
phone is stuck in bootloop
i made mistake and select clean all and lock,
i have redmi note 5 mec7s with global stable 9.5.13.0

then i somhow put again global stable 9.5.13.0 and
after mesage "encrypting don't reboot your phone" phone goes to bootloop
any idea how to solve this bootloop ?

Try to boot recovery and wipe.

Try manually edit the fstab.qcom under "vendor/etc". First mount vendor in TWRP, or whatever recovery you are using. And find the /data line in fstab.qcom , change the "encryptable=ice" to "fileencryptaion=ice,quota", save and reboot. If you DO NOT wish to encrypt your device than ignore my answer. Cheers.

Flashing in EDL mode is last option if nothing else works.

i can only flash to 9.5.6.0 and again to 9.5.13.0 with MiPhoneAssistantBeta3.0. nothing else work.

Try if you can format or wipe data from fastboot.
