Hi, i bought an redmi note 14 pro plus from in china before the european release , now when eu rom is available i want to change it , but it gives me an error whyen i try to unlock the bootloader "the place where the account is registered does not match the place where the phone is sold". Is it possible to bypass it in any way?

Were you able to get it? Try changing region.

Done the same thing. Really want EU ROM /global if possible.
Bloody bootloader is a pain to get around

Is it on Hyper os v2 or v1 if it's v1 you can run a tool called PHP to bine the account and request unlock

i'm not the OP but i'm in the same situation, and have HyperOS 1.0.23.0.UOPCNXM (v1 ?)

Were you able to get it? Try changing region.

The mi 12s ultra I bought is on 1.0.16.0 and the php tool did work I have to wait 2 weeks to unlock it just not updating it to v2 until it unlocks
