Bootloader unlock discrepancy on Xiaomi 13

Hi everyone
I recently purchased a Xiaomi 13 Chinese version with a global ROM. The "Mi Unlock Status" indicates that the bootloader is unlocked, however, when I check using ADB, Mi Unlock Tool, and Mi Flash Tool, it shows that the bootloader is locked.

I don't know what to do rn, pls help.

if it is a chinese device with global rom, the bootloader HAS been unlock, otherwise you were stuck in fastboot mode now

I know, it has to be, but when I restart it, the unlocked lock doesn't appear, nothing appears, I wanted to flash HyperOS and it gave me the error that it can't be done because the device is locked
