Boot Loader Unlock - Which Features Will Be Gone?

Hello xiaomi.eu Community,

i want to buy the Xiaomi Mi 5 64GB version in the next two weeks.
I've read some reviews and articles about it and it seems like the best option for my budget and likings.

I had the Oppo Find 7 so i'm fairly experienced how to flash recovery/roms etc..
And i know that xiaomi wants their users to apply for the bootloader unlock, and i understand why.

My only question about the bootloader unlock is,
which other features will be gone and not useable like the find my phone feature?

Also what could you guys recommend me to do after getting the phone.
Any links or threads with useful information about the global rom and how to flash it properly would be nice to have.

Which ROM should i flash on the device after getting it?
(I'm asking the seller not to open it, so it comes with the normal factory rom in chinese and english).
Should i flash the MULTI 6.10.13 from the Download button in the navigation or the ROM listed in the Mi 5 section here?

Mi account Find device does not care about bootloader lock state.
