Beta to Stable

Hi all, i have a simple question
What should i do to pass from beta to stable?

This is simple . Download the appropriate *.zip file with the browser of your phone to the Download folder of your phone. Start the Updater App on your phone and click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and choose the update package in your download folder. Don't forget to delete in TWRP dalvik and data
