May i ask why? This warning message occurs everytime i install, update some apps or even when messaging to my friends.

"Unfortunately, Jinshan Security Guard has stopped."

Just disable this app in Settings-Aplications-All

It means also that your Virus database could be corrupted. If you open the app "Virus Scanner", and click "Update Virus Database" that might help also. Or just disable it as Acid said.
