New App crash instantly when opening

Just like title. Sometime apps would lag and then crash. I tried to open them several times but it keeps crashing instantly. Only a reboot would fix this. No notification, nothing.Just crash. Log below is Brave browser crash

Anyone have any ideas why this happened?

Plenty of issues on your device.
1. Wi-Fi regulatory region constantly being refreshed (to the same region, it's like Wi-Fi driver is being restarted).
2. Brave browser is being executed in 32-bit mode, which is very weird, and ends up with a segmentation fault.
3. Package installer has some background execution permission issues.

I'd try a clean flash, I can't reproduce these issues on any of my devices.

yes .... as example with fastboot:
windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat

if you use TWRP... remember:
Wipe is different from format in TWRP - you have to format

Unfortunately, after formatting my device , the problem still persisted
This time is Facebook acting up. Weirdest thing that after crashing several times,my Facebook account was logged out and Facebook from dark to white mode by itself
