First bug for me, on Security -> APPS Permission is unstable and FC "Settings" (Beautiful Widgets for example)

I also have this bug, but as an alternative I installed this app from Play Store and now App Ops works:

I have a battery bug with the process "phone" it prevent sleep my phone. The wakelock RILJ, after install and reinstall 4 time this rom, the problem persist . I dont know what to do,and no only in this ROM, also in wiui. The wakelock desapear when i use wifi, and before this rom i have linaro with repartition, but i use miflash and went to the original partition.

Same issue, it's not hurting my battery life, but it's annoying my OCD.

Edit: today i try with cm official, last snapshot, and i have the same issue, now i think , my phone is the problem, but how can i fix it?
