Currently there's no sign on MIUI China Devs, but the latest Beta ROM is based on Android L, which is nice too. You can try China Devs ROM if you dare with some bloatware and Google problems. But if you want to try safely, you can choose eu ROM [a little mods from China Devs ROM] or a Global Beta [still Kit Kat, though].
