New 9.10.24 MI8 SE Bluetooth does not work

After updating to version 9.10.24, if you turn off the bluetooth, then it will no longer turn on. You have to reboot the device. Re-flashing with cleaning Data and System did not help.

What malware do you mean? I like the application can be disabled

I mean apps like calendar, music, miui browser etc...
Normally i don't use them... I disabled them every time.
But this time i can't do that

I use nightly ultra power saving mode. After switching to normal mode BT is inactive. Can only activated rebooting phone.
