5G-SA (standalone) is not working on Haydn (MIUI weekly 21.8.18)

In Germany Vodafone, Telekom and Telefonica started enabling 5G-SA mode since April/May 2021.

Xiaomi says on Mi 11i product website "5G SA connectivity enhancements may be added via OTA where applicable."

Vodafone enabled 5G Core Network Option to my SIM. After checking with Vodafone customer service 5G SA is available on my location.

But the Mi 11i only using the NR-NSA network.

Is it a Xiaomi.eu ROM problem or how can i enable 5G-SA mode? How can/should I switch the Mi 11i carrier policy from xiaomi.eu (modifed china) to EEA (official EU) carrier policy?

Any luck with this? I am also facing the same issue currently with the Mi 11 lite. I want to test my 5G SA network, but unable to do so.

unfortunately no luck until now. No one cares or knows about. In Germany officially only one Oppo and a few Samsung Galaxy S21 with Vodafone branding have 5G-SA support by firmware.

lamentablemente no hubo suerte hasta ahora. A nadie le importa o sabe. En Alemania, oficialmente, solo un Oppo y algunos Samsung Galaxy S21 con la marca Vodafone tienen soporte 5G-SA por firmware.

Puede hacerlo, necesita usar la app Network Signal Guru, con ella puede forzar el 5G Standalone sin problemas, no sé si le conectará, no lo he probado, ya que en el país donde resido actualmente no tenemos núcleo SA, pero aparecen datos de emisiones en pruebas

unfortunately, you can not. Xiaomi.eu needs to extract the vodafone firmware from Mi 11 to integrate the new frequency setup to their ROM.
