Sorry to report that I still CAN'T change APN's (add new or edit existing ones) or send MMS (Galaxy S II and III)

I had the same issue after installing this ROM for the first time on Wed, however got O2 to resend the MMS details via a text massage and all was fine. I guess it might work the same for which ever carrier you are with.
