My 13 Pro in its a little over 500 days still has its BH close to 90%. Not yet the time for a new battery, but I might get one soon, as I'm afraid of difficulty getting it in the future.
That is a known issue, weirdly doesn't happen to all devices (my Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro works fine across reboots). There's nothing you can do but to hope Xiaomi fixes this one day.
There's something weirdly cute about this. The same fate also applies to Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, yet Xiaomi 14 Pro, not released outside of China, retains both features. I suppose with the Ultra they might encounter problem with cooling due to sheer amount of space eaten by the cameras...
While USB C DP/HDMI Alt Mode doesn't require USB 3.x, it is quite commonly known that most manufacturers won't implement the mode with USB 2.0. Instead, they opt for 3.x to have the feature for whatever reason. Any subsequent Xiaomi devices come with USB 3.x support which gives them this mode...

I have to purchase its Pro version just for a thanks, but really it's just that good. I really wish it has a desktop version, but on mobile, this is the king for me.
I give up, 1.0.11.0 has even worse battery life than 1.0.8.0 on Nuwa. I'm going back to 1.0.7.0, the last one known to last over 24 hours on a single charge, at least close to it, not less than 12 hours with constant warm body and full awake bar.
Xiaomi has the ability to update built-in apps without installing new ROM. Just be patient and wait, and of course, check regularly. Gallery app has just gotten an AI trained model for AI image expansion and object removal. Camera will follow suit. Do note that they may use different models for...
Yep, it takes time to restore what's on that swap back to RAM. The slower your storage speed, the longer it takes. My Xiaomi 13 Pro only needs a couple of seconds to get rid of 8GB.
Can't really answer, I have to be part of the development team to know that, but Xiaomi is getting less and less user involving in that regard. They're becoming like the others.
Yes, I still notice my device hardly ever sleeps. The Awake bar does not follow Screen on, which means there are too many things working in the background when the phone is not in use.
Be sure it is not placebo. Even if you have UFS 4.0 which runs like NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 at 3GBps speed (e.g. Snapdragon 8 gen 2), LPDDR5X RAM there runs at 33.6GBps, 11 times faster.
